Agility practice

A couple of weeks back Rekku got anoyed by a dog that was by the fence of our practice area, staring directly at Rekku. Being a terrier, he was provoked and charged towards the dog.. Thanks to the fence nothing happaned, but he clearly has not been able to get over the event yet, as he loses concentration when a dog is staring at him while he practices.

This video, filmed by Liv last Sunday, shows our problem pretty clearly..

Other than that, we are doing ok at practice. No major progress, just keeping up the skills. Now that I've made friends with Liv and her daughter Victoria (who are from Norway but have lived in Singapore over 12 years), Rekku and I try to go to their house for a bit of extra practice once a week. Liv and Victoria live in an old black&white house (houses that were built for British army generals a looong time ago) and have a nice, fenced yard with some agility equipment. Their year old border collie Louis is the agility dog - but they do have four others too, all rescues from Singapore. I wish I could adopt a Singapore Special..

Animal Lovers League's Pets Villa, the shelter I volunteer at, is currently in trouble. If you want to help in any way, just let me know!
